🔒 OUR GOLDEN PRIVACY RULE: ZERO AUDIO RETENTION
Wireglot AI does NOT store, archive, sell, or train public models on your in-game voice streams. Audio frames sent during real-time gameplay translation are processed entirely in ephemeral volatile memory (RAM) and immediately destroyed upon synthesis completion.

Wireglot AI ("we", "us", or "our"), founded and managed by Kaan Söğüt, is dedicated to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy details our practices under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Information We Process
- Real-Time Voice Telemetry: Short streaming Opus/PCM audio packets transmitted when the Push-to-Talk (PTT) key is engaged. These packets are held solely in RAM during pipeline processing (<1 second) and are never written to permanent disk storage.
- Account & Device Identifiers: Your email address (for account verification and early access), unique license keys, and cryptographic Hardware Identifiers (HWID) used exclusively to prevent unauthorized multiple-seat concurrent usage.
- Technical Network Logs: Anonymous connection telemetry (ping, packet loss, approximate geolocation by country/city via Cloudflare IP routing) used for server node selection and latency optimization.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Security
To deliver ultra-low-latency neural speech synthesis and translation, Wireglot partners with certified enterprise API providers operating under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):
- Enterprise Neural Speech & Acoustic Processing Partners: Ephemeral, zero-retention speech recognition and voice synthesis pipelines operating under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- High-Speed Tactical Inference Relays: Dedicated high-performance hardware clusters executing in-memory context translation with zero disk logging.
- Cloudflare Inc: Global edge DDoS mitigation, SSL/TLS encryption, and automated bot challenge validation.
All data transit between our desktop clients, relay nodes, and model providers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / AES-256 in transit.
4. Your Legal Rights (GDPR / KVKK / CCPA)
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request rectification of any inaccurate information, and request the complete deletion of your account and licensing records.
