1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the Wireglot AI software application, desktop client, or web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
Wireglot AI is founded and operated by Kaan Söğüt.
2. Permitted Use & Gaming Compliance
Wireglot AI provides real-time voice translation intended exclusively for online communication, cooperative esports play, streaming, and language learning.
- Anti-Cheat Architecture: Wireglot operates as a standalone virtual audio loopback endpoint. It does not inspect, read, or hook memory belonging to third-party game executables (such as Valorant, CS2, or League of Legends), nor does it alter game files or server network packets.
- Acceptable Conduct: You agree not to use Wireglot AI to transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful communications or to circumvent rate limits and licensing constraints.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, user interfaces, branding, trademarks, audio visualizer designs, and underlying proprietary algorithms related to Wireglot AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kaan Söğüt and Wireglot AI.
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract components of the desktop client binary or relay APIs without explicit written consent.
4. Subscriptions, Trials & Refunds
Wireglot provides evaluation trial periods bound to unique Hardware Identifiers (HWID). Paid tier subscriptions grant allocated streaming hours and priority neural voice synthesis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through our authorized billing portals.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
Wireglot AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Wireglot AI or its founder be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection latency, ISP drops, or third-party service interruptions.
